智能电网首入政府工作报告
（作为我国中央政府最重要的权威例行公文，每年的《政府工作报告》都蕴含着丰富的信息。温家宝总理今年在报告中提出，“大力开发低碳技术，推广高效节能技术，积极发展新能源和可再生能源，加强智能电网建设。”值得注意的是，这是智能电网建设首次在政府工作报告中出现。“加强”一词凸现出当前作为电网公司企业行为的智能电网建设得到中央肯定，并且已经上升到国家战略层面。）
